wanted to trade with us. As we demanded he was agree to send his part first (10
magazines). Then for almost 2 years we didn't receive neither his magazines, nor
any proofs that it was really sent (number of the package, scan copy etc). Moreover,
during all this time he asked just once if we received his package and sent ours
(in november 2007 l.t.) Then he disappeared as a classical rip-off. What is this
fool waiting for now? What a childish behaviour...
Remarkable, that today
we have concluded some tens of deals for our new release. Definitely, this fact
is the best characteristic of the situation.
P.S. A
continuation of story: on april, 22 we received the package from this idiot. The
date of sending
on the post stamp was april 10, that is 2 days after his
name has appeared in this chapter. Does exist the limit of human stupidity? And
where is it? Only fool could hope to trade with us after spreading the lie rumours.
And though his package wasn't registered (and we could simply throw it out), we
have returned him without opening these 1.5 kg of mackle-paper at our own account.

us he was very active and sent us some messages a day promoting his magazine ("out
every three months. 8000 issues" and bla-bla-bla). After we got
the proof of existence of his magazine we sent him cd's (at his own choice) from
our distro as a payment for adv. space of our releases. After some time he confirmed
that our cd's have arrived and promised that our adv. will be printed very soon.
And then during 5 months we didn't get any news from him. He didn't answer many
our messages, and only after receiving our ultimatum he answered that very soon
he will send the copy of a magazine with our adv. by registered air-mail. It happened
on October 3. And, of course, nothing has arrived. As it has become clear later,
our adv. was not printed at all. Here is the explanation of this idiot andres:
"I have asked the designed for it, and this guy
dont know too He couldn't give me a good answer for it. I assume the advert got
lost in the process of design. I'm really sorry. It is also not the first time
that happens something like that. I looked at the other AD booked at that time
and everything is ON, except yours. Shit happens!"
. May be, a bad guy designer placed the adv. of coca-cola instead of our
adv. and poor fellow aka editor didn't notice it and honestly was going to send
us our copy? Of course, sometimes shit happens. And, of course, his designer could
not "lose" the materials of major labels, which are always more profitable
partners than small Underground labels. After our demand to send back our cd's
this monkey tried to "buy" us with cool (at his own opinion) offers:
interviews with our bands (though such "great" thoughts didn't visit
his head before), free adv. in indefinite future. A really good offer for fools
and those who don't have a pride and principles. After our refusal of such "collaboration"
he promised to send back our cd's and again dissapeared...
So
this is one more long boring story from PROPAGANDA. And though we understand that

but after our answer "no problem, but you should send your part of trade
first" he refused of the trade, telling that he already has 30 copies. Moreover
(!), he has told that he hears about this trade for the first time and that last
time we talked to other person (though from editor of S.M.A.G.P. 666' zine we
know that this rat runs "distro" by himself only). A standard cheap
trick for those who use different names from one e-mail address. Be cautious!
We have not appeared deceived only because were attentive. (Also
we have got the message from Griffin Music. The label informed us that they also
had the same experience of communication with this gipsy rat. This time this bastard
had only two names: Konstantin and Moloch.
Again he offered so called "headline" bands for trade, and again has
refused of the trade after the requirement to send his part first.)

Underground, full of envious humans, there was always correct to consider the
commercial pigs such labels as Nuclear Blast and Century Media only because their
business is successful. But these labels never pretended to be the part of this
Underground, they simply do their work not paying attention to if it is pleasant
to someone or not. The majority in Underground secretly dream to reach the similar
status, and only lack of abilities keeps them here.
Representing here the
history of our communication with one of such "underground" activists
noktu (drakkar prod.,
France) we don't have the purpose to change the current state of affairs, we are
also not going to influence someone's opinion or decision, because there always
will be pleased and disappointed ones, we simply inform about the things that
we were had to touch.
We want to begin from such "small" fact that
for one his "precious" cd he wanted to get 20 (!!!) tape covers in trade,
though the standard trade rate is 6-10 covers for cd. LUCIFUGUM's tape "Path
of Wolf", which he has got for free, he sells now for 10 euro + postage.
Also he speculates with many other items using this modern commercial trick as
"hard to find release", though it is a question of usual releases. For
example, Inferno "V navratu pohanstvi... " cd which costs standard 10
euro (including reg. postage) in our distro and in many other UG distros, he sells
for 20 euro + postage. Even own release Nahash «Wellone Aeternitas» CD he sells
for 25 euro + postage. May be, it costs so much because he bought this cd from
himself for a high price? Hurrah to "dedicated to Black
Metal"! Before having the rights for edition of LUCIFUGUM "Stigma
Egoism" album he promised a lot: CD/LP/TS quickly and without problems. Trusting
him, I offered to do without the contract, only the man's word from the both sides.
As a result, cd has been printed after the big delays (almost two years), t-shirt
and vinyl didn't appear at all, since noctu told that at-first he needs to sell
as many cd's as he plans. Together with this he avoided the talks about the results
of selling, just saying that he is pleased with them and soon will be ready to
print the vinyl. Still being trusting him, we have accepted his offer to release
the album "Vector33". We even have agreed to record the album on two
months early than we planned, only because he promised to print it on cd during
a month after receiving all materials. This time noktu
offered the contract himself, saying that it will be the serious document, not
simply the piece of paper. Though we have not received a copy of the contract
with his signature till the moment we have finished the record, we have sent him
all materials in the stipulated terms, as we promised. As a result, his copy of
the contract has not been received at all, though, according to noctu's
words, he sent it twice. Very strange in situation when such pieces of paper are
so important for a label. Moreover, it looks like a well planned in advance swindle.
Having received all materials, noktu immediately
has informed us, that cd printing delays for the indefinite term (!!!)... For
all our claims he answered (besides, with delays) that he is very busy and that
we don't understand what it means to "run such label as Drakkar". We
called him to keep the word and to press cd in the promised term, otherwise we
will cancel our agreement, but there was no any result. When we have understood,
that he deceived us, we have returned him back the half of money for the album's
record. And we were had to print cd by own forces, since we did not wish to depend
on his business plans. We planned to refund him the second part of money after
we find a label for "Stigma Egoism" vinyl edition (though it should
be only his work, only his earnings). But this capitalist wasn't satisfied with
this and began to blackmail us, that if we will not refund him the second half
of a sum immediately, he is ready, according to his own words, to become the bastard
and to print 5000 (!!!) "Vector33" cd's (not bad quantity for a "small
underground" label, as he tries to introduce himself to the others). But
the bastards are not only those who print illegal cd's, but also those who able
to deceive in search of the profit. It was the worst experience of cooperation
with a label for LUCIFUGUM. We will inform about the further continuation of events
if it happens.
The continuation had happened (29.12.05
l.t.). A jew noctu again has showed a full absence
of any principles and pride. This time his appetite has grown:

humans. He tried to clear the situation - not directly with PROPAGANDA, in single
place where he could get a worthy answer - but in place where he couldn't satisfy
his "offence". Such looks their white "warlike character" - to run as mouses from
corner to corner and to "declarate" their "supremacy" over cockroaches. But clothes-moth
is also different from cockroaches. That's why it's right for them to hate and

a one more type of human behaviour. We talk about "atumra", so-called
owner of possession prod (Belarus). Never before
human said such many lies to us during so long time, being sure, that his lie
is faultless. The story is simple: this worm has ordered on PROPAGANDA 20 rare
cd's (available in one copy only) and asked to reserve it for him for a short
time. We were forced to refuse of several orders, because executed his request.
Early we already dealed with him and always sent our parts of trade in due time.
But when we have informed him, that send these cd's just after receiving payment,
he has started to talk diifferent fairy tales, the most amusing of which was a
mythical bank transfer from "illegal accounts" somewhere in other state. As a
result, cd's were absent in our distro over 2 months, and all this time he assured
that money are on the way to us. When we have demanded to represent us the documentary
proofs, he just answered that can not control his own account (the version for
full idiots!!!). The ending of this story was predictable in advance: the bank
has become a bankrupt, and all workers have run away, his account have been closed,
and, of course, all his money have disappeared. At the same time, according to
the info at his web site, this bank account is still valid. This worm "atumra"
didn't become a typical rip-off just because we were cautious and didn't send
him these 20 cd's. So, he is represented here just as a human, thinking he is
a very "smart". •
A one more name in human herd - andrey gordenko (ancient
nation prod., Ukraina) - this ns sheep last years sees himself the redeemer
of human "elite", though in the beginning of the activity he was an active so-called
supporter of LUCIFUGUM. In that times he called himself cornada666. Now this light
worm tries to perverse the postulates. Spreading our releases, which in its single
sense are antihuman, he spreads the weapon against himself and the similar sheeps.
Thus, he defends his coward ass by stupid antilogical alibi: Pure Black Metal
bands have made a "wrong ideological choice", when decided to edit their
works on PROPAGANDA, whose only goal is spreading of Absolute Black as the only
dominating Force. The logic
is simple: Black to Black! white - to the wall!

life more comfort. I respect few Individuals involved in white scene, but not
because of their political views but 'cause of Creative Flame and Rebellious spirit,
which as far as that goes is alien to 99,9 % of those who called themselves ns.
